When you submit a quote request or contact form we collect the details you provide: name, company, email, phone number, country, part numbers, quantities and your message. We also record your IP address and browser type to prevent abuse.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, process orders and improve our service. We do not sell your information.

Sharing

We may share part numbers and quantities — without your contact details — with suppliers to check availability and price. Service providers that host this website or deliver email process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted.

AI chat assistant

When you use the chat assistant on this website, we save your messages, the replies, your IP address and the language you use, so that we can answer your questions, prevent abuse and improve our service. Email addresses and phone numbers typed into the chat are masked before they are saved or processed.

Your messages are processed by a third-party AI model provider (currently DeepSeek) to generate replies, so please do not send sensitive information. If you submit the contact form in the chat, your details go directly to our sales team and are not sent to the AI model provider.

Chat records have no automatic deletion date and are kept until you ask us to delete them.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses only the cookies needed for it to work, such as your language preference. If analytics are enabled they are used in aggregate to understand how the site is used.
