Our quality process

1. Supplier control

We buy only from suppliers that pass our qualification and ongoing performance review. Sources, date codes and lot numbers are recorded for every purchase.

2. Incoming inspection

Every shipment is checked against the order: part number, quantity, packaging, date code, moisture-sensitivity labelling and documentation.

3. Authenticity testing

Depending on risk, parts go through external visual inspection, marking and surface checks, X-ray, decapsulation with die verification, and functional or electrical testing. Third-party laboratory testing is available on request.

4. Handling and packaging

Parts are handled in an ESD-protected area. Moisture-sensitive devices are baked and dry-packed to JEDEC J-STD-033 when needed, and stored in climate-controlled conditions.

5. Traceability and after-sales

Inspection records travel with each order. If a part does not meet specification, we will investigate, replace or refund it.
